Digireha to Collaborate with Mayo Clinic in the U.S. through the J-StarX AI Medical Program

Digireha Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya, Tokyo; CEO: Yuki Oka) is pleased to announce its selection for the J-StarX AI Medical Program, implemented by JETRO with the support of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI).
Digireha develops and promotes “Digireha,” a digital rehabilitation and therapy tool for children with disabilities and elderly populations, with the vision of creating a society where rehabilitation is enjoyable and sustainable. Through this program, Digireha will strengthen its global expansion efforts, deepen its understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, and build connections with international partners.

2. About the J-StarX AI Medical Program

 The J-StarX AI Medical Program is an acceleration initiative that supports digital health startups, including those utilizing AI, in expanding into the U.S. market. It provides practical assistance in regulatory understanding, strategy development, evidence building, and connections with key opinion leaders, aiming to foster the growth of globally competitive healthcare startups from Japan.

This program is conducted in collaboration with Mayo Clinic Platform, a platform organization of the world-renowned Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, USA; Kicker Ventures, a U.S.-based venture capital firm; and, newly added this year, the Mayo Clinic Berg Innovation Exchange.
